Wheat
Wheat is one of the most widespread and most important food crops on the globe, the value of which grains is determined by the high content of protein, fat and carbohydrates. It can also be used for the production of feed.
Barley
It is used for the manufacture of cereals. Barley groats are crushed refined barley grains that have not undergone grinding, so they are rich in fiber. Pearl barley is whole peeled barley grains. Very often, barley is used as animal feed, because it contains a large number of proteins and carbohydrates (in the form of starch). Barley is also used in brewing.
